Using Breez

Breez is a free calendar service operated by Kevin Liu in California. These terms apply to the website, shared Views, and Calendar subscriptions. By agreeing to these terms when signing in, you enter an agreement with Kevin Liu. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Your account and calendars

Keep your account secure and connect only calendars you are authorized to access. Connecting a source authorizes Breez to read and store its events to provide your Calendar and Views. Breez does not change your original calendars. Calendar providers have their own terms and may limit access.

Your content and Sharing

You retain your rights in your content and give Breez permission to process and display it as needed to provide the service and apply your settings. You are responsible for having permission to share it, including information about other people.

Review Visibility and the preview before sharing. Anyone with a Sharing link can view, subscribe, forward the link, or save copies. Disabling Sharing or resetting access cannot remove copies already saved. Receiving a link does not give permission to misuse the content or violate anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

Use Breez lawfully. Do not share unlawful content, harass others, access data without permission, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls or usage limits.

Service availability and responsibility

Calendar syncs depend on third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete. Check your original calendar for important appointments. To the extent permitted by law, Breez is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Kevin Liu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of Breez. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Stopping use and account closure

You can stop using Breez, disconnect sources, or disable Sharing at any time. Contact support to request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict access to address violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. We may change or discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

Applicable law and changes

California law governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory rights where you live are preserved. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

We will post updates here and provide reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect. You can stop using Breez if you do not agree. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
